The small restaurant located in San Antonio has been conceived as a space where love for art, wine and, of course, cooking come together.
Its emblem is the Gerret, a typical small fish rooted in Ibizan culture, popular for its flavor and versatility, this being the essence of the place.
Chef Jose González and his young team make versions of traditional dishes to create a fun and dynamic proposal, with a menu that changes seasonally and surprises daily with the most diverse suggestions.
"Platos y platillos" is their motto, a place where the small becomes big when you share it.
